Then the fun begins! We’ll look at a carefully curated set of potential homes. I’ll provide information about each property from my research.
We’ll take our time exploring each home, envisioning how you’d use and adapt the spaces to your needs. After viewing the home, I can share my insights of valuation, resale potential and negotiation tactics.
When you’re ready to make an offer, we’ll do so based on a thorough analysis of recent sales and any special factors that might influence the price. You’ll be leveraging my 18+ years of real estate experience to make sure we don’t miss anything important during the negotiations.
