Kimberly Hock

Kimberly Hock is excited to be a part of the RE/MAX Rising Johnson City realty team. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of South Carolina Upstate and a Masters in Teaching from Georgia Southern University.

She has over 18 years experience in real estate.

Kim has developed a passion for real estate throughout many moves as a US Army spouse that included 7 moves in 17 years. While stationed in Kansas in 2019, she decided to receive her real estate license.

Kim also has managed her own real estate investment business since 2004, purchasing a variety of rental properties during her journey.

East Tennessee is where she and her husband have decided to end their journey with the Army and plan to stay here indefinitely.

Kim’s personal interests include her Corgis and horses. Kim is 17 years married to the love of her life, Jim, and they both have two young boys.
